The chat widget is live in the bottom-right corner — the same build that runs on the storefront. Try it before pushing the embed snippet to the theme.

Worth trying:

  • “I need a big gold frame for above my fireplace”
  • “How much is delivery for a dolly tub?”
  • “Can I return a made-to-measure frame?”
  • “My order arrived damaged” — should escalate
  • “Where’s my order?” — should ask for number + email

Check /api/health if anything misbehaves.
